Hi, I'm Jen. I've been a pet lover all my life and have provided care for just about every pet imaginable since childhood. I'm a retired service dog trainer and have been a professional pet sitter since 2008. I am background checked, licensed, insured, highly experienced and consistently reliable. Depending on your needs, there are several options. The most comprehensive visit is a vacation visit. I come into your home to feed, medicate if needed, freshen water, walk or take a potty break (depending on your usual routine), play with, scoop litter, and love, love, love on your babies. Per request I will open/close blinds, water plants, retrieve mail, turn lights on/off, get the trash cans in/out. Other visits I offer are more straight forward... poop scoops, quick potty breaks etc...

My background in training allows me to adjust routines and create the most ideal scenarios for your pets comfort, ensuring their ease in my presence. Furthermore, I maintain a steadfast commitment to sanitation with regards to potential presence of pathogens, employing premium-grade sanitation products diligently for the well-being of pets that are boarding with me.
For boarding I have clients from all over the valley! For service visits in your home, I travel within most areas of Henderson with a few exceptions. Due to logistics, I no longer offer drop ins to the following locations...residents West of Eastern Ave, Anthem, Inspirada and Lake Las Vegas. Due to the ever increasing population and traffic in our beautiful Henderson paradise, travel to these locations has become a hindrance proving it impossible for me to stay on schedule without putting some limitations on distance boundaries.
AKPS offers drop in visits throughout the day to accommodate your pets typical schedule, including early morning and evening visits. I do not stay overnight in your home.

Just a good old fashioned dog walk and water refresh, generally lasting 20-30 minutes. **Please be advised that I am no longer able to accommodate strong pullers. Any dogs I walk need to have reasonable walking manners.
This is an un-timed visit. Basically a well being check and potty break for when mom or dad won't be gone that long.
Inquire early as the spots are quick to fill. Dogs must be well behaved, not have destructive or aggressive tendencies, and need to be cat tolerant. Your pups become part of our family whilst you are away.
When you need care just for the day, your dog can come over and spend the day with friends. **Everyday/ongoing daycare not available, occasional need basis only.
You may add this service to a boarding stay or I can provide transportation to vet visits, groomer or even grandmas house. Trip distance limited to 20 miles round trip. Wait time is additional.
